We had an apartment in Portofino rented through booking[dot]com. The house was great and so was the service by PortofinoHomes. They put the keys in a lockbox and sent us the code, so there was no waiting time or friction. The house had everything which is needed, including the little details like dishwasher tabs and toilet paper. They even sent us a video which explained where to park and put the trash. Very professional service overall, would rent from them again without hesitation.
Beautiful and newly renovated apartment! Everything was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds, a cozy balcony, and great air conditioning. Located in a quiet area about 10–15 minutes walk from the town center, with a grocery store just a few minutes away. The hosts were very friendly and gave us great tips. Highly recommended🤍

What an amazing villa! Villa Fora 1 in Chiavari is like a fairytale castle. This is not your average modern rental appartment. The kitchen and washing equipment is all modern and there are plenty of plates, cutlery , glasses and cups etc. (although a few more mugs for 6 tea loving Brits😁would have been useful). The rest of the appartment is breathtakingly wonderful and eccentric with intricately painted walls and ceilings. Furnishings and lighting is what you might see in a house in 1925 rather than 2025. But it is all very comfortable, including the beds. Photos hardly do it justice. Chiavari is also well situated for exploring Portofino, the Cinque Terra and the hinterland of steep hills, and lovely views.
Perfect home base for a couple of nights in Portofino. Hosts were responsive, accommodating and helpful. Very clean and comfortable place. Beds were comfortable as well. Enjoyed the rooftop deck, especially in the evenings. Loved being able to wash our clothes in the washer and sun dry them on the line. Town was cute and fun with wonderful food options and some easy hikes with amazing views. Would absolutely return to this apartment next time around. Grazie mille!
Absolutely fantastic apartment and even better hosts. It was in a great spot a 30 second walk to the main street of Portofino with all the nice restaurants and big yachts. The room itself was very well maintained and better than the pictures with great views out of the 2 main windows. I highly recommend a stay here!!
Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato a Santa Margherita Ligure a Casa Bianca, appartamento incantevole, pulito e con ogni confort, in posizione centrale e vicino a spiaggia, negozi e locali.Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto problemi con WI FI ma il personale dell'agenzia è stato molto cortese e ha risolto il problema velocemente.
Appartamento molto ben arredato e attrezzato di tutto ciò che concerne la cucina e la camera da letto. Ottima ospitalità e disponibilità
Comfortable, light and bright, spacious, central location all describe the Rapallo 1 bedroom apartment we stayed for most of a week. Located next door to a patisserie for us the location is difficult to beat. In addition to the fine apartment Felix the manager is beyond compare. This transplanted Frenchman was helpful but not intrusive answering any question and always available. He added measurably to our comfort while there.
RAPALLO, ITALY. Excellent location, 100 meters from the train, 150 meters from the town center, 200 meters from the sea! Very clean, spotless. Outstanding service from Felix. We would definitely come back!
This has been a little gem of a discovery. Very well located apartment, beautifully clean and modern and close to everything. We felt very welcome and comfortable here, like a home. The agents Portofino have been prompt in replying, friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend it as it had everything you needed and cafes, bars and supermarket on the doorstep.
The Apartment is very beautiful and greatly equipped! It was easy to find and everything was good explained by the staff!

Geweldig appartement in Rapallo met uniek uitzicht op het stadje. Appartement heeft een hele relaxte en typisch italiaanse sfeer en de locatie ligt perfect tussen Portofino en Cinque Terra in. Alles is goed te bereiken met trein, boot, auto en zelfs wandelend.
Posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro a piedi in 5 minuti, stazione a 1 minuto per le varie destinazione (cinque terre, la Spezia, Genova,)alimentari sotto casa.Appartamento rinnovato, nuovo, pulito, spazioso e attrezzato.
Appartamento bello e pulito, in zona strategica anche se si vuole arrivare in treno. A pochi passi dal mare e dal viale centrale. Peccato per il parcheggio perché c’è ed è vicino ma a pagamento.

This apartment was better than we could have ever imagined. It was in the absolute perfect location in the quaint town of Portofino. Everything is within walking distance, and the views from the rooftop terrace are unimaginable. The apartment had all the amenities that we required for our two day visit. It was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here, and hope I have the privilege of returning someday.

Менеджер помог нам с поиском таксиста. Бронировали ресторан в Портофино, а добраться туда из Рапалло можно только на такси или пешком. Водный транспорт не работал в тот день. Небольшой минус лично для нас: залог можно оставить только переводом на карту. Наличными не принимают. Так же мы останавливались в октябре и было холодно в квартире. Батареи не включались. Хорошо, что был небольшой электрический радиатор. И теплое одеяло.Обязательно хотели бы вернуться в более теплое время! И остановились бы в одной из квартир Portofino Homes.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum, po sąsiedzku sympatyczna rozlewnia lokalnego wina oraz sklep. W pobliżu magiczna Villa Durazzo otoczona pięknym parkiem. Mieszkanie komfortowe, zadbane, w pełni wyposażone. Bardzo sprawna komunikacja z administratorem mieszkania

Grazie infinite per il mio soggiorno nell'appartamento Ermes by PortofinoHomes. L'appartamento è splendido, nuovo, comodo, c'è tutto necessario. Anche è molto importante c'è un posto auto. L'appartamento Ermes si trova nella zona tranquilla ma molto vicino al centro della città. Li ho passato una vacanza felice!

Wonderful stay! Home was in an amazing location and super clean. Exactly as pictured. It was also lovely to be able to do laundry as this was after a big hike for us, and they left laundry detergent for us. There is AC but with the windows open it was a great temperature and we didn’t use it at all. Parking in Portofino is easy but very expensive, so recommend taking public transport if you can.
Our stay in Villino Laura in Camogli was amazing!The accomodation is worth the trek up the stairs to get there and perfectly situated for the Parco di Portofino as it is directly on the walking track.The main town of Camogli is a short 30 minute walk away making it the perfect balance between a secluded get away and a base for exploring all that Camogli has to offer.The beautiful balcony offers picturesque sunrise views and the jacuzzi is the cherry on top in this beautiful accomodation.Highly recommend!

Excellent! Clean and great location.The only thing is that the city tax should be included in the price while booking, and not to be surprised the day before arriving that still you have to pay the city tax.
Alles war super. Uns hat vor allem die zentrale Lage, die Sauberkeit und die Einrichtung gefallen. Wenn wir nach Rapallo kommen werden wir immer wieder gerne diese Unterkunft mieten.

We had the most wonderful 4 nights at Villa Diana. The pool and gardens are heavenly with so many flowers and beautiful views.The apartment was great for our family of five and there was a lovely table to eat outside and watch the sunset.And Gabriele was very kind and helpful.
Super séjour à Santa Margherita, la maison est très agréable, bien climatisée avec une belle vue. Elle est bien équipée, les instructions pour y accéder sont très claires et nos interlocutrices Bianca et Gabriele ont été très réactives lorsque nous les avons contacté.

We where there in August in a very hot and humid weather. Air condition worked perfectly 🙂 the place was very clean and seemed newly renovated. Bright and quite spaceous. Everything we needed was there. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back 🙂
It has be our 2nd visit to the house im 4 years. It is surrounded by a beautyful garden and Olive grove. The house is very nicely decorated and offers sufficient space for a family of 5 ( incl. a very good AC). The pool is really big and a good number of relaxchairs are available. The road uphill can be a challenge in the beginning (especially if you have a big car), but you'll get quickly used to it! We will surely come back.
Der wunderschöne Ort überrascht mit seiner Schönheit und Lebendigkeit. Die gut eingerichtete Wohnung hinterlässt das schönste Gefühl. Das Einzige ist, dass man zu den guten Stränden fahren muss, in Fußnähe lassen die Strände sehr zu wünschen übrig. Aber das bezieht sich nicht auf die Wohnung, sondern auf die allgemeine Situation in Ligurien. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Such a wonderful location, well appointed, lovely loft space. Bianca and her team are wonderful to work with, and we feel like Portofino would not be complete unless staying in this amazing location!
