  • Are the apartments sanitized?

    Yes, all apartments comply with the hygiene standards established by current COVID-19 regulations.

  • Is there an assistance service?

    If you need any help, we’ll be happy to support you.

    Our assistance service is available 24 hours a day.

  • What should I do when leaving the apartment?

    Upon departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment in the best possible condition.

    Guests are required to dispose of waste according to local recycling rules before check-out.

    Failure to do so will result in a €40 penalty.

  • Are there house rules?

    As stated in the house rules available in each apartment, guests are responsible for disposing of any waste produced during their stay.

    To respect condominium regulations and neighbors, noise and loud volumes are not allowed during nighttime hours.

  • Which languages do you speak?

    Our team offers check-in and support in Italian, English, French, and Spanish.

  • How can I book multiple apartments for a group?

    You can book each apartment individually on our website or contact us via email to find the best solution for your needs.

  • Where can I collect the apartment keys?

    You can collect the keys either at our office or directly at the booked apartment.

    We will arrange the check-in method with you the day before your arrival.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    We accept credit card, Stripe, and bank transfer payments.

  • Are there any additional costs?

    The prices shown at the time of booking include accommodation, cleaning fees, and one set of bed linens and towels for all guests.

    Additional linen changes are available at an extra cost.

    The tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid upon check-in.

    For apartments without self check-in, arrivals after 7:00 PM are subject to an additional €20 fee.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

  • Is there a charge at the time of booking?

    A charge is applied only if the booking is made within the free cancellation window.

    Otherwise, payment will be charged 14 days before your arrival date.

    No, we do not require a security deposit.

    No, the tourist tax must be paid upon arrival at the property.

    Yes, guests will find single-serve portions of olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and coffee available in the kitchen.

    All apartments come with essential appliances, including: refrigerator, kettle, toaster, washing machine, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and TV.

  • Are bed linens and towels provided?

    Yes, each apartment includes bed linens and a full set of towels (face, bath, and bidet towels).

  • Are cleaning products available in the apartment?

    Yes, you’ll find basic cleaning supplies such as dish soap and dishwasher detergent.

    Yes, free internet access is available in all apartments.
